Jim Brooke founded Synergy 1 LLC, in 2005 based on his life long belief that we can achieve any goal we set for ourself if we are willing to make the changes in our habits of thought necessary to succeed.

Jim is an internationally known coach, facilitator and speaker. With executive level experience in manufacturing, retail and the federal government. Jim has demonstrated the effectiveness of his belief. A graduate of Franklin University with a BS in business, MBA from Ohio State University. Jim is an experienced training facilitator, certified fellow level coach of the International Coaching Federation, certified DISC Trainer an experienced "C" level executive in manufacturing, and construction as well as a successful entrepreneur

Jim works with his clients as a coach to help them develop the awareness, responsibility and self-belief in their own talent to function as an effective coaching leader. Jim's strength lies in his never wavering belief that past performance does not mandate future possibilities.
